Halqa Abu Bakar Sudeeq(RA) organised a Panel Discussion in which three young Japanese Muslims participated and answered to various questions from Br.Abdullah Abdul Majeed.The three Japanese Muslims who took part in the discussion were Shyakh Abu Hakeem Ahmed Maeno.Br.Ahmed Takaoka, Mustafa Tsunooka while as Br.Abdullah Abdul Majeed was the moderator during this special programme held in Hira Masjid ,Gyotoku on Saturday,February 27.The topic of the panel discussion was selected as “Before and after we embraced Islam” and each participant shared his experience and feeling before and after embracing Islam.Br.Ahmed Takaoka said that brotherhood among Muslims is unique and touching.Brother Mustafa Tsunooka while sharing his feelings said I discovered Islam as the religion of peace despite the negative propaganda in the media .The beauty of Islam among other factors is that all the Muslims are brothers and equal .He said if the Muslims in Japan observe follow Islam in their daily life and show the true message of Islam through their character ,the future of Isam in Japan is bright and we can convey true message of Islam to local people here.Shyakh Abu Hakeem Maeno,who is an active Dawah worker also discussed in full length about the challenges of Muslim community and future of Islam in Japan besides describing his own experience & feeling after embracing Islam.The audiance a mix of different nationalities including from Japan,Sudan,Ghana,Pakistan,India,Bangladesh,Burma listened to the touching observations of the participants keenly throughout the programme.
