13 member Majlis Shoora met to discuss planning for year 2010 on Sunday,January 24.

Newly elected Ameer e Circle ,Br.Amanat Ali after consultation with central Majlis Shoora nominated and administered the oath to two vice presidents Br.Khurram Tehseen and Br.Fyaz Mughal.45 years Br.Khurram Tehseen has been associated with Islamic Circle of Japan for long time and has served in capacity of General Secretary during 2008 and 2009.Br.Fyaz Mughal has been earlier responsible for the Halqa Zaid Bin Harith(RA) besides having served as Incharge of Masjid e Quba affairs.
Ameer e Circle also nominated incharge for various other departments of ICOJ including Baitul Mall ,Relief & Welfare,Publication,Education & Children Wing ,Shahadah & Marriage Bureau,Islamic Audio & Video,Islamic Book Service,Burial(Tajheez u Takfeen),JMF ,etc .Japanese Wing for the Dawah and Tarbiyah will be headed by Shaykh Abu Hakeem Maeno during the session 2010 as well.The Japanese Wing will exclusively focus on the Dawah & Tarbiyah among Japanese .
