In order to study the Sacred Knowledge of Islam by its original language ICOJ is starting classes of "Arabic for beginners to learn the Islam better" in Japanese for Japanese speaking Muslims which will be broadcasted LIVE as well.

The course is planned for 11 classes for real beginners starting from the alphabets with learning examples from Qur`an and Hadeeth. The classes are basically every Saturday evening (18:30 – 19:30) from December 12, 2009 to March 6, 2010 (except January 2 and January, 30, 2010) in Hira Masjid , In shaa Allah. All the lectures will be broadcasted LIVE through the website of ICOJ at www.icoj.org for those who are unable to come to Masjid or live faraway from Masjid .

Lecturer would be Shaykh Abu Hakeem Maeno, the head of Da’wah & Tarbiyah wing for Japanese of ICOJ, graduate of Osaka University of Foreign Studies – Arabic Language Dept. 1999, and Fath Islamic Institute – Sharee’ah Dept., Takhassus course (equal to Bachelor course) in Damascus 2009. He embraced Islam in 1994 at age of 18 and since 1995 he has been studying Arabic language while he was fortunate to study Sacred Sciences of Islam (Arabic is one of them) in Damascus directly from some of the greatest scholars of Islam in our time during 2000 – 2006.
