On August 20,the final day of Hira Summer School prize and certificate distribution ceremony was held in Gyotoku Bunka Hall in vicinity of Hira Masjid .Children & parents who attended the ceremony looked enthusiastic throughout the programme.First secretary of Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia was present on the occasion as chief guest who distributed prizes and certificates among the children of the school at the end of the ceremony.
Programme started with recitation of Quran ,followed by a Nasheed in Japanese by a group of children.Later a student of the school ,Ramna Mehmood delivered welcome address and thanked the guests and parents for attending the function.Faiza Waheed Qadri ,another student of the school conducted the programme.Ameer of Islamic Circle of Japan,Brother Ishrat Ali Hashmi was also present on the occasion.Shayakh Ahmad Maeno and Shaykh Abdullah Majeed also expressed their views in their brief speeches.Shaykh Abdullah Majeed who worked as Principal as well as administrator of the Summer School worked very hard to make it a success throughout the project .He was assisted by Imam Saleem ,Shyakh Abdul Qadir,Sister Mastoora,Sister Umm Hakeem Maeno,Sister Fatima Miyazawa,Sister Ghinwa Yumura ,Sister Mrs.Basheer and other staff.The success of the programme and presentation of children clearly depicted the hard work of all the staff & management of the Summer School Project.It may be recalled that this was the 3rd successive Summer School since 2007 .Islamic Circle of Japan runs Hira Evening School on throughout the year to impart Islamic education to budding children of Japan besides providing them a Islamic atmosphere to preserve the Islamic Values .
